Aryan, has the capacity to take a mega project like overseeing a Information Architecture on HDFC. He had a lot of patience to be able to capture the current IA. He had ability to think and come up with innovative solutions. He was able to take critical feedback and process it.
Also he is not intimidated by the vastness and the variety of work this project brought him.
He could grasp information and had the ability to process it, which is a skill most UX designers claim to have but could fail in mega projects like this.
